Message	older cars are. I think a lot of it revolves around American stereotypes, as well as the simple mathematical rarity of the older cars posted on auctions such as Barret Jackson. I have a 90 z that I don't really ever expect to get my money back out of, and it only has 11k miles on it, mint condition.
